恩师老子为宇宙智者，他具有极高的宇宙智慧，是一位知晓宇宙的圣者。他在地球的人类社会中，秉承宇宙意识著有《道德经》一书。《道德经》一书所论述的是宇宙事物的动变，道在其中。道是一切宇宙事物规律，宇宙规律展现了规律的无限性，永不停止的动变。在生命诞生时也是道在起作用的，生命本身是一个宇宙无限规律，生命生存过程中也是宇宙动变的组成部分，一切事物都是在道的程序中，道在宇宙中。但道是在宇宙之先形成的，它又与宇宙同时出现，是宇宙的根本。宇宙的动变是道的表现，从宇宙形成之时，道即在活动。宇宙的一切动变似乎是在道的影响下进行的，道贯穿在宇宙一切的大小事物中只要有动变，道的程序就在前进。

恩师老子是一代宇宙骄子，是一位杰出的圣贤，有极高的宇宙智慧。在远古和现今的诸多星体人类中，不管是智高的还是智低的人类活动，都在探索和发现宇宙秘密。这是宇宙星体世界人类共同的行动，而且用各种各样的理论推测宇宙各种秘密，但是都在肤浅的阶段中，都刚刚起步，因此有许多说不清说不对的理论，这都是正常的现象。错误要修正，误导要纠正。

恩师老子在《道德经》中已经提出宇宙形成的过程，三千年来地球人类根本忽视了这点，甚至几千年来的道学研究者也忽视了这个伟大的事实。老子在《道德经》中只用十三个字就精辟论述了宇宙形成的全过程，“道生一，一生二，三生万物”。这十三个字清楚告诉我们，道是宇前就存在的，已经注育在宇前胞胎中；宇宙形成是分阶段的，不是一次性的行为，而是有它的复杂过程。有人说宇宙在173亿年前形成的，也有人说地球是在46亿年前形成的，恒星、行星又是何年何月形成的。这些理论家和学者不是173亿年前的生命吧！恩师老子很清楚告诉世人宇宙形成是分阶段性的。

恩师老子在《道德经》中十分注意生命与宇宙的关系，生命一定要顺其天宇的，也叫顺其自然。天宇是直接左右着行星世界的，天宇的主因素是恒星，恒星造空间，是在无质空间中造就了有质空间，才有了行星，这样构成了浩瀚的宇宙空间。生命周而复始的不断出现和灭绝都是天宇法则，是生命意识不能摆脱和调整的事实。在生命生存的社会中，生命生存是很短促的，老子认为生命生存的短促性是生命自身的行为，他们违背了自然法则的规范，是在某种程度不与自然合作造成的。所以老子在每一章中都设伏一个密法，让生命去挖掘它，寻找养生之道，求得生命应该得到的固有的生命时间。另外，主要是生命功能的变化，功能可以克制不利于生存的一切条件，来得到更殊胜的物质条件，没有功能的改变就不可能完成生命生存时间的圆满。

人类社会是人类生存和其它生命生存的的重要环境，既不能脱离，又不能相悖。一个良好安静的自然环境便是天赋的，自然环境要靠社会去统领，如果社会动乱（包括战争，损伤自然状态）把良好的生存环境破坏了，就是破坏自然环境，是会遭到天的报应的。各种天灾人祸是人类自己造成的，但有的是宇宙动变自然所为。现今地球的天气变化是不利于人类和其它生命生存的，产生生存环境变化有两个因素：一个是人为的（生命所为）；另一个是天为的。这两个因素是同时破坏生存条件的，人为的不说，天为主要是恒星的动变引发各种灾难，如地震、洪涝等等。地震和海啸主要是恒星制造雷电入地引发的，入地的电能聚集到一定程度，然后再集中释放，就会造成地震；而恒星的动变引发地球的自转轴线偏移，促使南北极冰雪溶化，造成气温失调。这说明人与天必须相合才能有良好的生存环境。这样要求行星世界都要有一个良好的生存条件；一个良好的社会。进行修持就是寻找良好的生存环境，老子主要动机是用种种方法来寻找一个安祥有利于生命生存的社会，他也想设计这样一个社会，来满足生命的生存。

恩师老子在《道德经》许多的章句中隐密了许多宇宙空间现象，比如第五章中“天地之间，其犹橐龠乎？虚而不屈，动而愈出”这句话实质是描写宇宙空间的。他说，宇宙空间像一个大口袋，是动的，有膨缩性的，一会大一会小。为什么空间要这样动变呢？因为宇宙空间是伸缩的，其因是恒星的灭亡和新星诞生。出现一个新的恒星，空间就要增大；灭亡一个恒星，空间就要缩小。所以空间会产生彭缩性的动变，从而证明宇宙不是一次瞬间形成的。

恩师老子隐藏在每一章中的密修之法现将之公开，在那个年代，老子的八十一个弟子是每人传一密，弟子之间是不许传的，修者必果，这一点是无疑的。过去老子不让人修习，是因时空未到之故，现在修习的时间点仍未到，但将要到来。所以将其修法按章公布是天意所为，也是师意所愿，但现在只许阅读欣赏，欣赏过程也是修炼，也是学习，要意修和心修，千万不要体修，切记！切记！老子在传授弟子时也是叫意修和心修的。我们只须专心阅读修法，百日后成效显著。

要像学习功课似的学习《道德经密》，通过阅读和欣赏一定会增加功能，增长智慧，但不能心急，不能有妄念，只是心平气和的欣赏研究它。恩师老子在人世时，再一再二再三再四的嘱咐我们：“心不妄，行不激，自修独究，果自然就”。《道德经正密》主要关系到宇宙的自然性、社会的合天性、生命生存自由性，将三性结合起来去研究去探索。

We have ten full days in Tenerife. We'll stay in the south, but don't want every day to revolve around driving. The outline I have so far has a few easy beach days, a visit to Teide when conditions allow, and one or two trips to smaller towns. What I'm wondering is how much time to leave between longer outings. Roads, heat, and late starts can change the day. We would still like to leave room for a change of plans if clouds or wind make a particular coast less appealing. I am choosing where to stay in southern Tenerife for a summer break, and the descriptions of the resort areas are starting to blur together. My priority is somewhere I can walk to the sea in the morning and still find a calm place to eat in the evening. Quiero organizar una noche especial por un cumpleanos, pero esta vez ninguno de los dos tendra coche. I want a subtle change to my hair, with a maintenance schedule I can actually keep. My natural shade is dark blonde, and most of the inspiration pictures I save show a much bigger transformation. Планируем отпуск небольшой компанией и хотим ездить к морю общественным транспортом. Жильё пока выбираем, поэтому есть возможность заранее проверить, насколько удобно добираться до нескольких разных пляжей. Хотим избежать маршрутов, где дорога занимает большую часть дня. При этом останавливаться только у одного пляжа тоже не планируем. Пока составляем небольшой список выездов и для каждого отдельно проверяем путь туда и обратно. Больше всего вопросов вызывает обратная дорога после пляжа. Для общей оценки расходов смотрим тему цены в испании и также проверяем, насколько простым будет сам маршрут. Хотим проверять последний рейс вместе с расстоянием от берега до остановки. Особенно если кто-то задержится за ужином или группе понадобится больше времени на сборы. Хочется также узнать, легко ли купить обратный билет заранее и где лучше проверять изменения расписания перед выездом. Какие поездки к морю подходят для подобного плана?
